Senior Living Projects

Our firm has been Civil and Structural Engineer-of-Record for dozens of senior living projects including assisted living facilities, nursing homes, skilled nursing facilities, and memory care units. BHE has teamed with Blackledge & Associates Architects, Corbin & Merz Architects, P.C., and Kenyon Morgan Architects, PLLC for the design of these units throughout Oklahoma and surrounding states.

These projects typically consist of single story wood framed construction or multistory wood framed/steel framed construction.

BHE strives to provide the most economical structures and site developments for owners; preventing owners from spending unnecessary money during construction. Lessons learned have been discussed with contractors throughout the construction process and as a result BHE has been able to focus engineering efforts on designing cost efficient structures and site developments.

BHE is very responsive during the construction process to submittal reviews, and construction issues.
